We are currently recruiting Administrators on behalf of leading companies based in Mansfield. These roles are ideal for individuals with a strong administrative background who enjoy working in a fast-paced, professional environment.
About the Role:As a Business Services Administrator, you will act as a key point of contact within the business, supporting daily operations and ensuring smooth communication across departments. Your responsibilities will include:
- Answering and transferring calls, taking messages as needed
- Greeting visitors and acting as the first point of contact
- Booking and allocating meeting rooms, including arranging refreshments
- Managing multiple email inboxes
- Coordinating travel and accommodation bookings
- Booking tickets for events
- Supporting with a range of general administrative duties
What We're Looking For:The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in administration, reception, or a PA role
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
- Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills
- The ability to manage their own workload and adapt to a fast-paced environment
