Temporary Administrative Assistant Mansfield| £12.50ph | Immediate Start | 3 month temporary role with potential extensionSF Recruitment are recruiting for a Temporary Administrator to join a well-established and respected commercial business in Mansfield.

This is an office-based role working Monday to Thursday, 9:00am - 5:00pm, and Friday 9:00am - 4:00pm. Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain rapport with customers, understanding their needs and managing expectations
  • Log enquiries, support the team with providing quotations after pricing
  • Liaise and communicate with suppliers, sub-contractors, and clients
  • Manage incoming calls and emails, responding in a professional and timely manner
  • Follow up and resolve customer queries efficiently
  • Coordinate, collate, check, and file daily paperwork
  • Manage daily workflow to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Provide general office support, including cover during lunchtimes and holidays

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year experience in an office support role
  • Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook)
  • Highly organised, accurate, and able to manage workload effectively
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment using initiative
  • Comfortable liaising with suppliers and tradespersons
