Facilities Administrator
£17.00 per hour – weekly paid
Mansfield, Nottinghamshire
Monday to Friday role 37.5 hours per week
We are currently supporting the local Council with the recruitment of a facilities administrator for a 6-month temporary contract, we are looking for someone with a strong administration background who is used to working with contractors.
Duties for the Facilities Administrator
- To undertake the surveying of the interior and exterior fabric and facilities of Neighbourhood Services assets and buildings and recording their condition and any defects including operation and updating of the corporate database.
- To work on investigation, innovation, design, documentation and installation/construction of Building, Mechanical/ Electrical insulations projects and works.
- To monitor Health and Safety as part of the building/site survey and site supervision role.
- To provide advice to building managers on corporate Health and Safety issues related to buildings and assets.
Key skills for the Facilities Administrator
- Strong administrative skills, they need someone who is happy to chase contractors and ensure that the work is completed to a high standard.
- Attention to detail and the ability to prioritise your own workload.
