We are currently seeking a Groundworker in the Mansfield area for a well-established social housing contractor.
This self-employed role involves working in void properties and includes tasks such as slabbing, paving, digging up, and fencing.
Candidates must be able to commute to the site, possess their own tools, and have relevant industry experience.
The position offers a pay rate of £21 per hour with CIS payments available, along with weekly pay and a 40-hour work week.

We are currently looking for a Groundworker the Mansfield area working for well-established social housing contractor. This is a self-employed role, working in void properties, on a self-employed contract.

As the Groundworker you will be responsible for:

Slabbing
Paving
Digging up
Fencing

The successful Groundworker will:

Be able to commute to site
Have their own tools
Have relevant industry experience

In return, the Groundworker will receive:

£21 per hour (CIS payments available)
Weekly pay
40 hours week
Long term work
