Location: Small Residential Home

About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate, motivated, and experienced Learning Disability Manager to lead our small residential home supporting adults with learning disabilities. You will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance with regulatory requirements, and a positive, person-centred environment for residents and staff alike.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the home.
  • Ensure residents receive safe, effective, and person-centred care.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise staff to maintain a motivated and skilled workforce.
  • Oversee care plans, risk assessments, and regular reviews in line with best practice.
  • Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and other statutory requirements.
  • Manage budgets, resources, and staffing levels effectively.
  • Foster strong relationships with families, professionals, and external agencies.
  • Promote independence, dignity, and quality of life for all residents.
