We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Learning Support Assistant in the Aspley area of Nottingham, to provide essential support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN). Learning Support AssistantKey Responsibilities:

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will be working closely with the class teacher to deliver tailored support on a 1:1 basis or in small groups, helping students to engage with lessons, build confidence, and achieve their learning goals.

Key responsibilities include assisting in lesson preparation, adapting resources to meet individual needs, monitoring student progress, and providing feedback to teachers. You will also help manage classroom behaviour, encourage social interaction, and support children's emotional well-being.

The successful candidate will foster a positive, inclusive environment. Strong communication skills, patience, and a genuine passion for helping students overcome barriers to learning are essential.
