We are currently seeking a dedicated Assembly Operative to join our client, a leading manufacturer of high-performance interconnection products based in Mansfield. If successful, you will be offered an immediate start, with the potential for a permanent contract after probation.

Role Overview
As an Assembly Operative, you will play a key role in assembling high-quality interconnection products and cable assemblies. Previous experience in soldering, crimping, plastic injection moulding, or general assembly is advantageous, but not required. What matters most is your dedication to quality and precision.
Key Responsibilities
• Assemble intricate parts with care and attention to detail
• Work with small, delicate components, requiring dexterity
• Meet production targets while maintaining high-quality standards
• Ensure reliability and consistency in your work
Skills and Experience
• Previous experience in production or manufacturing is essential
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
• Must be able to provide recent work references to demonstrate reliability and trustworthiness
