Elevation Senior Finance are delighted to be partnering with a successful international business as the look to recruit a Finance Manager for the head office based in Mansfield.
Reporting to the UK Head of Reporting and Financial Analysis, you’ll play a pivotal role in overseeing financial operations for various head office departments. From managing monthly accounts to supporting acquisitions and presenting financial reports, you’ll be central to driving informed, commercial decisions in a dynamic environment.
You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day financial responsibilities of all Departments for which you have ownership and will potentially be involved with future acquisitions and integrations.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage overhead costs, including calculating and inputting monthly prepayments and accruals

Produce financial reports and analyse variances between actual and forecasted results

Partner with commercial teams to resolve financial queries and improve planning

Own the budgeting and forecasting process for your departments

Present finance reports to leadership and key stakeholders

Support group and statutory audits

Assist with financial integration of newly acquired subsidiaries
Qualifications & Skills:
-
Qualified ACCA or CIMA accountant
-
3+ years of experience in a similar finance role
-
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
-
Ability to adapt and deliver in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment

Ambitious, commercially aware, and eager to grow within a global PLC
-
Proficient in Excel and confident with financial systems
