Position: Deputy Manager
Location: Mansfield, Nottinghamshire
Pay rate: 18 per hour + Bonuses paid quarterly!
Hour: Full time with Supernumerary hours

Rizq Recruit is recruiting for an experienced Deputy Manager to join a reputable nursing & care home in the heart of Mansfield. This medium bedded purpose built home caters to residents with nursing, dementia & residential care needs. As a Deputy Manager you will work closely with the Home Manager to ensure all home operations are ran smoothly.

You will be supervising and leading a stable care team and have access to the latest tech and amenities to assist with your role!

Responsibilities as a Deputy Manager:

  • Promote a motivated, well-supported care team.
  • Assist the Home Manager in delivering high-quality care.
  • Oversee monthly medication returns and accurate logging.
  • Ensure staff are trained and competent with medication.
  • Complete and review resident care plans on schedule.

Requirements as a Deputy Manager:

  • Previous care management experience within a residential/nursing home setting
  • NVQ Level 3 Minimum
  • NVQ Level 4 preferred
