About the Role
We are recruiting compassionate and reliable Care Support Workers to join a friendly residential care service. This role is ideal for someone who is caring, patient, and passionate about supporting others.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal, emotional and social care
- Support residents with daily tasks, activities and community outings
- Build positive relationships with residents and their families
- Maintain accurate electronic care records
- Follow safeguarding, health and safety and service policies
- Work effectively as part of a supportive care team

Experience is welcome but not essential — full training is provided.
