Role Overview:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to support students’ learning, ensuring they receive the guidance and encouragement needed to succeed. This role offers variety, allowing you to gain experience across different schools and a range of age groups.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons

Provide one-to-one or small group support to help students reach their full potential

Help create a positive, supportive learning environment

Offer general classroom assistance and support with behaviour management

Adapt confidently to different school settings with a flexible and proactive approach
School hours are typically 8:30am – 3:30pm, including a lunch break. Any variations will be communicated by your consultant in advance.
