Are you a HR Advisor specialising in Employee Relations looking to join an innovative and rapidly growing organisation in Nottinghamshire?

Our organisation are a market leader with amazing 2024 financial results and they are looking for a HR Advisor to support the Business Partnering team with employee relations casework.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Being go to person for all employee relation queries from employees across the business
  • Supporting, coaching and upskilling Managers and creating a positive approach to employee relations matters
  • Providing operational support and advice on disciplinary, grievance, appeals.
  • Supporting with redundancy consultation processes and TUPE when necessary
  • Taking a proactive approach to absence management; assisting with the identification and resolution of problematic cases and long-term sickness issues
  • Using HR Metrics to monitor KPIs and trends and working with wider HR team on effective resolutions
  • Assisting the wider HR team to support through organisational change and assisting with creating new structures and processes where required

This is a full time permanent position Monday to Friday working full time on-site in Mansfield with some flexibility on start & finish times.

For this role we are looking for HR Advisors who have a real passion for Employee Relations and are competent in handling high volume and complex cases independently. You will be an expert in UK employment law and be experienced in disciplinary and grievance, appeals, absence management and redundancy.

As a person you will be resilient and assertive with confidence in your approach and ability to work under pressure to deadlines and targets.
