Stores & Warehouse Coordinator (Temp to Perm)
Location: Mansfield
£12.50 per hour
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday

SF Recruitment are working in partnership with one of our fantastic clients to recruit a Stores and Warehouse Coordinator. This is a key role within a busy department, where you’ll be supporting both the operational and administrative side of the warehouse, reporting directly into the Procurement Manager.

The successful candidate will play a vital part in keeping the operation running smoothly – from managing stock and overseeing shipments to ensuring accurate administration and efficient processes. This role offers a varied mix of hands-on warehouse duties alongside office-based support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive, check, and store incoming materials.

  • Organise and maintain stock in the warehouse.

  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch.

  • Complete stock administration, including processing orders and invoices.

  • Book couriers and manage consignments.

  • Conduct regular stock checks and audits.

  • Support with general administration, including data entry, filing, and correspondence.

  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve stock queries and meet order deadlines.

  • Maintain a clean and organised stores environment.

Skills & Experience:
  • Counterbalance forklift licence – essential.

  • Proven experience in a warehouse/stores role.

  • Comfortable with both manual handling and administrative tasks.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.

  • Basic IT skills, including courier booking systems.

  • Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines.
