The Role
My client is a leading manufacturer in their field, looking for a experienced Paint Sprayer whom will be responsible for preparing surfaces and applying paint to various materials using a spray gun.

Main Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking as necessary
- Select and mix paint colours to match specifications
- Apply paint to surfaces using a spray gun
- Ensure that paint is applied evenly and without drips or runs
- Monitor drying times and adjust as necessary
- Clean and maintain spray guns and other equipment
- Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate protective gear
- Communicate with team members and supervisors to ensure that projects are completed on time and to the required standard

The Candidate
- Proven experience as a Spray Painter or similar role
- Knowledge of painting techniques and materials
- Ability to mix and match paint colours to achieve desired results
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills
- Physical stamina and dexterity to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods of time
- High school diploma or equivalent
