Corporate / Commercial Property Paralegal

We are seeking a proactive and detail-driven Corporate / Commercial / Commercial Property Paralegal to join our busy and growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious paralegal looking to develop a well-rounded skillset across corporate transactions, commercial property, and finance law within a supportive and fast-paced environment.



The Role

You will play a key part in delivering high-quality legal support across a variety of corporate and commercial property matters, managing your own caseload and assisting senior solicitors on more complex transactions. The work is diverse, engaging, and ideal for someone eager to take ownership of files and build client relationships.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and progressing a mixed caseload of corporate and commercial property matters, including leases, property sales, and acquisitions.
  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating key transactional documents such as Sale and Purchase Agreements, Asset Purchase Agreements, and ancillary corporate documentation.
  • Supporting on M&A transactions (both share and asset purchases), company restructuring, and shareholder changes, primarily for private companies.
  • Assisting with property transactions, including Crown land purchases, licenses to assign, and lease matters.
  • Conducting detailed legal research and analysis to support ongoing transactions and compliance.
  • Liaising directly with clients, solicitors, financial institutions, and third-party stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely completion of matters.
  • Maintaining accurate case records, ensuring deadlines are met, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the team.


About You

We're looking for someone with hands-on experience in corporate and/or commercial property work, ideally from a law firm environment. You'll be confident managing your own workload, comfortable with responsibility, and keen to expand your technical expertise.

You will have:

  • Previous experience supporting on corporate and commercial property matters.
  • A solid understanding of transactional documents such as SPAs, leases, and asset agreements.
  • Strong organisational and document management skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • The ability to handle multiple transactions simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Confident communication skills and a client-focused approach.
