We're looking for a hands-on Logistics Supervisor to oversee all factory dispatch, deliveries, and yard operations. You'll lead a small team, make sure schedules run smoothly, and keep everything safe, efficient, and on time.
What you'll do:
- Manage daily dispatch, loading, and yard operations
- Lead and support a team of yard/transport staff
- Plan delivery schedules and oversee vehicle loading
- Keep health & safety and compliance standards in check
- Work closely with production and site teams to align logistics needs
What we're looking for:
- Experience in logistics, transport, or dispatch (supervisory background preferred)
- Strong organisation and problem-solving skills
- Good people skills - able to lead and motivate a team
- Knowledge of health & safety and vehicle loading rules
- Bonus: Forklift licence or transport management experience
