Are you an Engineering Manager or similar with experience in the Renewable Energy sector, looking to excel your career and build up a rapidly growing Renewable Energy company's Electrical department, giving you the autonomy to grow and run the department your own way, whilst driving and championing Junior Electricians as well as being the go-to employee for the companies and clients' Electrical needs?
Do you want to work in a Leadership role that provides you with the freedom to head your very own Electrical department with a focus on Solar PV, EV Chargers, Solar Battery and MVHR systems, in a tight-knit Renewable Energy company, with the added benefits of a company van and fuel card, overtime earning potential, and in-house training on Business Development and Renewable Energy systems like Air Source and Ground Source Heat Pumps?
On offer is a fantastic opening at a Renewable Energy company currently growing at a rapid rate, who work on a variety of exciting domestic and commercial projects, including but not limited to Heat Pump, MVHR, Underfloor Heating, and Solar Battery and PV installations and maintenance jobs, as well providing other state-of-the-art Renewable Energy services.
In this role you will be responsible for running and driving the companies Electrical department, this will include being the go to person for client and employe queries, being the person who prices and plans jobs, work on the tools installing and maintaining Renewable Energy systems as well as in the office liaising and managing Electrical projects, as well as winning new business and gaining clients for the company.
This role would suit an Engineering Manager or similar with experience in the Renewable Energy sector, looking to work in a Leadership role, whereby they will have the freedom and autonomy to mold and grow an Electrical department, with the added benefits of in-house training, a company van, paid travel, and flexible working days.
