Business Operations Coordinator - North Mansfield Area (own transport required due to location) - £27,000 - Fully Office-Based

We're looking for a Business Operations Coordinator to keep things running smoothly. This role is all about organisation, coordination, and great customer service. You'll be handling admin tasks, supporting business operations, managing customer interactions, and ensuring everything is documented properly.

OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE

  • First point of contact for all incoming calls and visitors to the office
  • Administration support - organising meetings, diary management and preparing reports
  • Attending meetings and taking minutes
  • Supporting with compliance, health & safety, regulations and legal requirements
  • Using Salesforce to track and manage customer data and interactions

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented person who is comfortable juggling multiple tasks and looking for a busy and challenging role where you can grow and progress.

You will be experienced in Administration, Business Administration Support, with knowledge of office processes & procedures and MS Office & CRM systems (like Salesforce)
