We’re working with a well-established business that’s looking to bring in a bright, motivated individual to support their Sales team. This is a Temp-to-Perm opportunity – perfect for someone who wants to develop a long-term career with full support and training provided!

What you’ll be doing:
  • Acting as a first point of contact for customer enquiries (by phone, email, and face-to-face)

  • Processing customer orders and updating the CRM system

  • Preparing invoices, managing stock levels, and arranging re-orders

  • Supporting the Sales team with admin, reporting, and lead tracking

  • Liaising with transport companies and suppliers to coordinate deliveries

  • Helping maintain accurate documentation and paperwork

What we’re looking for:
  • Some experience in customer service or administration 

  • Confident communication and a positive, can-do attitude

  • Willingness to learn and develop in a positive environment

  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook – CRM experience a bonus!)
