Production Supervisor

We're looking for a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead a team in a busy timber frame factory. You'll keep production running smoothly, make sure quality and safety standards are met, and help the team hit targets.

What you'll do:

• Supervise daily production and allocate tasks
• Lead and support a team of operatives
• Keep standards high on quality and safety
• Work with management and other teams to stay on schedule

What we're looking for:

• Experience in a supervisory role (manufacturing or construction preferred)
• Strong people skills - able to lead, motivate, and train
• Good knowledge of health & safety in a factory setting
• Organised, reliable, and able to work under pressure
