Our client, a respected and rapidly growing independent estate agency in Mansfield, is seeking an experienced Sales Negotiator.
The position offers a basic salary of £22,000 with an OTE of up to £32,000.
Candidates are required to have sales negotiating experience and must be ambitious, driven, and a team player.
Key responsibilities include negotiating offers, providing excellent customer service, and arranging viewings.
A clean driving license and own vehicle are necessary for this role.

Our client is a respected, successful, and rapidly growing independent estate agency and due to constant business growth, they are seeking an experienced Sales Negotiator to join their friendly team based in Mansfield.

They are offering the successful Sales Negotiator:

£22,000 basic
Upto £32,000 OTE

Sales Negotiator requirements:

Sales negotiating experience
Team player
Ambitious and highly driven
Clean driving licence & own vehicle

Duties of a Sales Negotiator will include, but will not be limited to:

Successfully negotiate offers
Drive the business forward by offering great customer service
Arrange and attend viewings
Greeting buyers & vendors
Registering customers
Matching requirements & arranging viewings
Calling out new properties
