Salary: Up to £38,000 Basic – £54,500 OTE + Company Car

What You’ll Do 

  • Manage and grow existing key accounts 
  • Build new client relationships across your region 
  • Deliver professional presentations and proposals to clients 
  • Liaise internally with design, manufacturing, and operations to ensure smooth project delivery 
  • Represent the company at industry events and exhibitions 

 
What Makes You a Great Fit 

  • Experience as an Account Manager / Regional Sales Manager / BDM 
  • Background in manufacturing, industrial equipment, waste management, or related fields (ideal, not essential) 
  • Proven success in managing accounts and winning new business 
  • Self-motivated, driven, and organised with excellent client-facing skills
