Junior Buyer required for a manufacturing company based in Mansfield, this is a newly created role due to ongoing and growth.
Ideally, they are looking for applicants with passion for buying, purchasing or procurement, experience of working in an office environment would be an advantage but is not essential along with experience of liaising with suppliers and building client relationships. This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates from any buying, purchasing or administration background who seek advancement in their career.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting procurement manager with all purchasing, procurement and buying activities
- Processing and raising purchase orders using SAGE 50
- Working on multiple projects at any given time.
- Working from initial order through to delivery.
- Liaising with customers and suppliers throughout projects
- Research and resourcing to deliver specific client requirements
- Monday to Friday. 37.5 Hours. 08:30 to 16:30.
