- Assess and develop person-centred care plans
- Liaise with GPs and other health professionals to ensure that residents receive the medical and clinical support they require
- Safely provide nursing care, including administering medication, dressings, and management of residents medical conditions
- Provide leadership, guidance and education to the MDT
- Build good relationships with residents and their families
We are looking for a Senior Nurse (RGN or RMN) with a valid NMC pin and up-to-date knowledge of clinical practices. You will also have a background working within a care home.
