Team Leader -£29K-Mansfield

£15.45 per hour

| Full-Time | 3–4 Shifts per Week (7am–7pm, incl. alternate weekends)

Are you an experienced and compassionate care professional looking to take the next step in your career? We’re looking for a dedicated Team Leader to join our friendly and skilled team at a beautiful residential care home in Mansfield.
Set within a tastefully converted barn and surrounded by two acres of landscaped gardens, our home offers high-quality personal and dementia care for up to 40 residents in a warm and supportive environment.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with senior care experience who is passionate about delivering exceptional care and inspiring others to do the same.

Your Role:
• Lead and support the care team to deliver the highest standard of care
• Provide hands-on assistance with daily living tasks including personal care, dressing, and meals
• Promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing among residents
• Administer medication and maintain accurate documentation
• Create and update individualised, person-centred care plans
• Mentor, supervise, and train care staff
• Ensure effective communication through handovers and daily briefings

What We’re Looking For:
• NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care
• Minimum 1 year of senior care experience in a residential or nursing home
• Skilled in delivering and recording person-centred care
• Based within 20 minutes of the home

Desirable (but not essential):
• Previous experience as a Team Leader or Senior Carer
• Experience supporting individuals living with dementia
• Full UK driving licence
