Teach Match is currently supporting a specialist school in Mansfield in their search for a dedicated and experienced SEN Teacher to work with pupils with a range of additional needs, including SEMH, autism, and complex learning difficulties.

The Role
  • Plan and deliver tailored lessons that meet the needs of individual learners
  • Work closely with support staff, therapists, and senior leadership
  • Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment
  • Adapt teaching styles and resources to suit EHCP outcomes and learning styles
Requirements
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Experience teaching in an SEN or alternative provision setting
  • Strong behaviour management and communication skills
  • A genuine passion for supporting vulnerable and neurodiverse young people
