Internal Contents Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Internal Contents Supervisor to lead our clients contents division, overseeing the restoration and handling of customer damaged belongings. This role is responsible for managing day‑to‑day operations, ensuring compliance with health & safety and ISO9001 standards.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team delivering triage, cleaning, restoration and movement of customer contents
  • Plan and schedule jobs, allocate resources and monitor KPIs to ensure efficiency and quality
  • Oversee compliance with safety, regulatory and quality management systems
  • Manage inventory, storage and reporting processes for customer contents
  • Drive process improvements, cost control and operational efficiency
  • Ensure exceptional customer service, handling claims and feedback professionally
