We are currently seeking a Teaching Assistant to join our specialist SEMH provision in Redditch. As a Teaching Assistant in our provision, you will have the opportunity to use restorative practices to support our students in their social and emotional development.

We believe that empathy is of the utmost importance in working with young people, and we encourage our staff to build strong relationships with our students from the very beginning. In your role as a Teaching Assistant, you will focus on building these relationships in the first weeks, while also displaying your academic potential and social maturity.
