The role focuses on supporting operational teams by providing financial data for key performance decisions and requires strong interpersonal skills for relationship building.
Key responsibilities include conducting monthly performance meetings, delivering insightful reports, and developing forecasts while ensuring data integrity.
Candidates should possess a CIMA/ACA/ACCA qualification with at least 2 years of post-qualification experience and proven business partnering skills.
The salary for this position ranges from £60,000 to £70,000, plus a bonus and benefits.

Fenland, Peterborough - CambsHybrid working - 1/2 office Broster Buchanan are partnering with a hugely successful private business that goes from strength to strength. The Finance Business partner role exists to support operational business teams to ensure financial data is available and used to support key performance decisions. Along with using your strong interpersonal skills to build relationships, you will have access to a range of business intelligence tools to present data. Key duties include:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key team contacts.
Regular monthly meetings to discuss business performance (sales, margins, marketing etc).
Provision of intuitive and insightful reports to highlight key points.
Develop in-depth knowledge to support the business strategy, value drivers, external challenges and opportunities.
Developing forecasts and analysing variances to prior forecasts or historical results.
Evaluation of business cases
Ensuring key datasets are cleansed, validated, and reviewed to ensure high levels of data integrity.
Analysis of all revenue related areas.
