About the role:

As an integral part of the site leadership team, the Operations Manager is responsible for the movement and storage of goods within the site warehouse. The role involves managing a team of supervisors, admin controllers, and operatives to ensure the smooth flow of goods, from stock receipts and QA checks to put away, pick, and dispatch accuracy. Your primary purpose is to manage, prioritise and organise all resources to achieve targets and meet deadlines within a set budget. You will lead your team to provide an effective and efficient service to both internal and external customers, ensuring KPIs are met and reported on a daily basis.

About you:

You should be professional and capable of maintaining good working relationships with all stakeholders, promoting a positive company image. You must have the ability to manage, prioritise and organise all resources to meet targets and deadlines, while also leading and motivating a team to provide excellent service. You will also be responsible for maintaining health, safety, and environmental standards, and ensuring a good standard of housekeeping and security in work areas.
