Are you passionate about shaping young minds and inspiring a love for humanities? A secondary school in the March area of Cambridgeshire is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Humanities Teacher to join their team on a permanent basis starting this September.
About the Role: We are looking for a specialist in either History, Religious Education (RE), or Geography. The ideal candidate will have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), but we also welcome applications from those with UK teaching experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons in your chosen humanities subject.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum plans.
- Participate in school events and activities, contributing to the wider school community.
Requirements:
- Specialisation in History, RE, or Geography.
- QTS or relevant UK teaching experience.
