Key Responsibilities:
- Understand and manage tooling requirements by working closely with both in-house technicians and external suppliers.
- Support the development and introduction of new products into manufacturing.
- Coordinate and evaluate different process manufacturing methods for optimal production outcomes.
- Assist in the implementation of new products into mass production, ensuring smooth transition from development to full-scale manufacturing.
- Collaborate with engineering firms to acquire and integrate new equipment suited to production needs.
- Work alongside Quality Assurance (QA) teams to ensure manufacturing meets compliance for new products and address challenges in existing production.
- Use ERP systems effectively for Bill of Materials (BOM) tasks and general manufacturing data management.
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Strong understanding of tooling and production processes.
- Experience with ERP systems (BOM creation and management).
- Proven ability to coordinate across cross-functional teams including QA, engineering, and external vendors.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
