Job Title: Manufacturing Operator
Location: Margate, Kent
Salary: up to 27,320 (14.20 per hour)
Hours: Monday to Thursday 8am - 5pm & Friday 8am - 12pm
Our Client:
Is a leading manufacturer of high-quality products that are supplied into defence, security and medical industries.
Role Summary:
You will play a crucial role in the fabrication of products, ensuring they meet stringent customer specifications. This hands-on position involves operating machinery to shape and finish components and products.

Key responsibilities within your new role would be to:
- Use of various machinery to manufacturing products to meet customer specifications.
- Use machines such as CNCs to cut larger components down to smaller components.
- Polish and debur products to remove any rough surfaces and edges.
- Use of epoxy and resign to cast products.
- Document process and quality criteria in MRP system.
- Ensure that daily production and quality targets are met.
Experience and skills required for this position:
- Experience of working with industrial machinery within a production/manufacturing environment.
- Experience with CNC machinery, ideal not essential.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
