Key Responsibilities:

Maintenance and Repairs: Conduct routine maintenance tasks, including painting, plumbing, and minor repairs.
Groundskeeping: Maintain the surrounding grounds, including mowing lawns, trimming hedges, and removing debris.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to strict health and safety regulations and ensure a safe working environment.
Customer Service: Interact with patients, staff, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Emergency Response: Respond to urgent maintenance requests and emergencies.
