Job Advert: Assistant Site Manager
Location: Margate, UK

Are you an experienced Assistant Site Manager with a passion for residential construction? We are excited to announce an opportunity to join a dynamic team on a residential development in Margate.







Responsibilities

  • Support the Site Manager in all aspects of site operations.
  • Oversee and manage subcontractors, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
  • Conduct site inductions and ensure proper documentation is maintained.
  • Handle minor issues and escalate major challenges as needed.


Requirements

  • Experience: Proven experience in residential construction projects, ideally on new build developments.
  • Qualifications: Valid CSCS card, SMSTS/SSSTS, and First Aid certification are essential.
