Our client is a well-established electronics manufacturer with a strong presence in several technical sectors. They are now looking for a Business Development Manager to support their ambitious growth plans across the UK and beyond.

 

The Role


This role will see you identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships, and helping shape the company’s growth strategy. You’ll work closely with senior leadership and have the flexibility of hybrid working, with regular travel to the Margate office and client sites.

 

Key Duties:

  • Identify and pursue new business leads
  • Develop strong client relationships
  • Track market trends and competitor activity
  • Update CRM systems with key insights
  • Support long-term sales and growth strategies

 

About You:


You’re commercially savvy, target-driven, and confident working in the electronics industry. You enjoy building partnerships and delivering real results.

 

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years’ experience in sales or business development within electronics
  • Demonstrable success in driving new business
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Familiarity with ISO9001 and/or ISO13485
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Ability to travel to East Kent 3 times per week
