In this role you will be given autonomy over fabric / building maintenance including but not necessarily limited to: lighting equipment, fixed wire testing, water testing, legionella control, plumbing / pipework, and other general minor electrical / mechanical repairs.
This role suits a Fabric Technician / Facilities Technician looking for a secure role with great work life balance, working within one of the UKs highest growth companies.
The Role:
- M-F, 8am-4pm
- Site based general maintenance
- Working with on-site team and external contractors
The Person:
- Facilities background
- General building fabric, mechanical & electrical knowledge
- Any form of engineering / trade qualification would be beneficial
