Business Analyst (HR) | Market Drayton (hybrid)| 6-month FTC | £Negotiable + Excellent Benefits

Are you immediately available to start a 6-month fixed term contract working within a supportive and dynamic project team?

The Company

Seymour John is looking to hire a Business Analyst to sit within the HR Project Team due to an influx of project work.

The Opportunity

Working as a Team to help facilitate change by reviewing existing business processes and systems and defining requirements to support the business and drive efficiencies. You will provide a vital link between the business and systems teams understanding both elements to provide a channel for change.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Requirements gathering from the SME population
  • Learn and understand existing processes and systems to assist with change through project lifecycle.
  • Define future state architecture for projects.
  • Facilitate communication between project and business stakeholders, developers and software application engineers.
  • Formulate ways for businesses to improve, based on previous research.
  • Influence internal and external stakeholders and persuade them of the benefits of new technology and strategies.
  • Run workshops and training sessions.
  • Document detailed requirements
  • Present detailed requirements to the business
  • Recommend and develop business products and solutions to meet ongoing and future requirements.

Personal Profile

We are keen to speak to candidates with confident communication and interpersonal skills as the role requires the ability to influence and present change/process. You will also have strong technical skills with a good understanding of HR Systems, with decent data manipulation skills (excel - intermediate level), with experience in Business models incorporate process and data. You will need to be delivery focused, with strong project stakeholder management skills.

Hours and Benefits

  • Flexible hours 8-4 or 9-5 Hybrid-3 days per week on site
