Your Role:

In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for keeping our operations running efficiently by carrying out reactive maintenance and planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on a variety of high-speed production machinery. Key responsibilities include:

 

  • Diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical faults on production equipment.
  • Conducting PPM schedules to minimize downtime and optimize efficiency.
  • Troubleshooting and maintaining PLC-controlled systems, pumps, valves, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
  • Working proactively to improve processes and reliability across the site.
  • CMMS understanding

 

To thrive in this role, you should have:

  • A time-served apprenticeship in mechanical/electrical engineering.
  • Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment (FMCG preferred).
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of mechanical and electrical maintenance.
  • The ability to work independently and solve complex technical issues.
  • Familiarity with automated production systems and modern maintenance techniques.
