We have been asked to recruit an Accounts Assistant for a company based in Market Harborough.
Day to day reporting into the Head of Finance, working in a small team of 5 you’ll help ensure the day-to-day accounts department is running smoothly.
The company has gone through a period of growth over the past few years…This is a great opportunity for you to develop your skill set and they can provide study support for AAT.
Below is a small overview of what you’ll be doing…
- Procession Sales and Purchase Invoice (matching PODS up with Invoices)
- Processing Subcontractor Invoices
- Maintaining a Fixed Asset Register
- Processing the monthly Healthcare Statements for P11Ds
- Maintaining Prepayments.
- Maintaining various logs and trackers.
- Cashflow report for Directors.
- Monthly cashflow reports for each live project.
- Financial checks against prospective additions to our supply chain (insurances, assets, credit, etc.).
- Maintaining accurate files and records.
