Architectural Technician

A well-established architectural practice is seeking a talented and detail-driven Architectural Technician to join their growing team in Market Harborough. The practice has a strong portfolio of projects across the education, residential, commercial and public sectors, this role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of schemes from concept through to completion.

The successful Architectural Technician will play a key role in delivering high-quality technical drawings and specifications, coordinating with consultants and contractors, and supporting the design team through all RIBA work stages. Proficiency in Revit is essential, along with a sound understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technician:

  • Degree, HND or HNC in Architectural Technology
  • Sufficient post qualification experience
  • Good knowledge of current UK building regulations
  • Confident liaising with clients and the wider team
