This is offered with a basic salary & OTE of 50k + this is a realistic OTE that the team are currently achieving with hard work and dedication .

We need a motivated, enthusiastic and positive sales account manager to join our clients energy renewal team. Would you like to be part of an innovative business that has been in the industry for over 14 years?

You must have at least 12 months telesales experience in an office based environment. The first 3/4 months you would actively be building a pipeline.

They are expanding their sales team and are looking for enthusiastic, positive people to join their award-winning company. You will be working with the teams within the energy department, offering great solutions to clients while learning and understanding all their products to offer potential customers

We are looking for motivated, enthusiastic and positive sales people to join our energy procurement team. Experience in telesales/sales is required. Energy knowledge is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.

The role involves promoting products and services to generate new business via outbound sales, whilst also building strong relationships and ensuring excellent customer service.

Your role and responsibilities will be:

路 Work in a full 360 capacity by calling, acquiring and closing your own sales opportunities

路 Identify sales opportunities through thorough questioning

路 Eliminate objections using up to date market/product information

路 Present unique solutions which save our customers time, money and reduce their carbon emissions

路 Develop and maintain trusted relationships with future customers

路 To achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales and revenue targets and KPIs

路 To adhere to the sales compliance rules at all times - all sales are generated in line with our quality standards

路 To accurately complete all customer details and sales information to the required standard on the organisations CRM system

路 To be consistently pursuing and understanding your pipeline

路 Attend on-going training and coaching sessions

路 Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales journey

路 Present daily forecasts of upcoming sales to your Team Manager

Preferred skills will include:

路 Self-Motivated and driven

路 Significant outbound sales experience of at least 1 year, Within the energy industry in an outbound sales role would be beneficial, although full training will be provided.

路 Work on your own initiative and part of a team to achieve targets.

路 Knowledge of Microsoft packages including- Excel, Word, Outlook & Power point

路 Excellent communication skills

路 Ability to handle pressure of targets and deadlines
