Duties for the role of Building Surveyor include:
- Provide building maintenance support
- Carry out building condition surveys
- Undertake contact administration
- Carry out project management across multiple sites
Skills and experience for the role of Building Surveyor include:
- Relevant degree within building surveying
- Strong post qualification experience within a relevant role
- Good working knowledge of commercial property
- Proficiency with AutoCAD
- Experience working within the education sector is desirable
- Full UK drivers license
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
