We are seeking an Electrician for a temporary ongoing contract with a housing provider in the East Midlands.
The position offers a salary of £25 per hour with CIS payments available.
Candidates should have at least NVQ/C&G Level 3 and the 18th edition qualifications.
The Electrician will work in tenanted social housing properties, focusing on kitchen rewires, 1st/2nd fix, and testing and inspection.
Own transport is required, and there is potential for a permanent role for the right candidate.

We are looking for an Electrician to work on a social housing contract with an established housing provider in the East Midlands. The is a temporary ongoing contract. The successful candidate will be expected to work in tenanted social housing properties.

The Electrician will receive:

25 per hour
CIS payments available
Ongoing contract with opportunity for permanent role

The Electrician successful will be expected to complete:

Kitchen rewires
1st/2nd fix
Testing and inspection
Working in tenanted social housing properties in Leicestershire and Northamptonshire
