As they continue to expand, they're looking for a driven Agricultural Manager/ Senior Manager(or Director) to step into a pivotal role supporting our farming and landowning clients with high-quality accountancy and tax advice.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Leading advisory and compliance work for a varied portfolio of agricultural clients - including family farms, estates, and rural businesses
  • Delivering tailored advice on succession planning, inheritance tax, business structuring, and capital gains
  • Supporting a strong general practice function - accounts, personal and corporate tax - with a commercial and strategic mindset
  • Developing relationships and trust with clients across generations
  • Mentoring a growing team and playing a key role in practice leadership
