Job Title: Specification Technologist
Location: Market Harborough, Leicestershire
Salary: Up To 35,000
Hours: Monday to Friday (Hybrid) - Must be commutable to the site

Responsibilities:
- Legislation along with customer codes of practice
- Labelling Compliance
- Documentation of procedures
- Raw Material Specification OR Finished Product
- Liaising with suppliers
- Liaising with Internal & External Departments on Specification Compliance
- Artwork technical labelling
The Candidate:
- Degree in Food Safety/Food Science/ Food Technology or Similar.
- Experience Writing Specifications within the food industry (Desirable)
- Experience in any technical role within the food industry (Essential)
