- Maintaining positive customer relationships ensuring they are supported during breakdowns and providing professional telephone support for both internal, external and PLC related topics
- Managing the hotline ticket systems for IT, facilities and controls
- Ensuring accurate documentation is added to the system from calls had with customers
- Attending sites during support office ours to support project works and training
- Troubleshooting PLC problems with end customers
- Must be able to troubleshoot PLC systems (Siemens TIA / Step 7 is advantageous)
- Flexibility to travel when required
- Strong customer service/support experience within a technical environment
- Automation or Material handling background is advantageous
