- Drafting wills and advising on estate planning
- Administering estates and handling probate
- Preparing and registering Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPA)
- Advising on inheritance tax and asset protection
- Managing trusts and related matters
- Minimum of 2 years PQE in private client law (Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive)
- Strong technical skills and the ability to manage cases independently
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Experience working with high-net-worth clients is desirable
- An interest in networking and contributing to business development
- STEP qualification or working towards it is preferred but not essential
