Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Residential Home Manager to oversee our care home in Market Rasen. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in home management and extensive experience working with elderly residents, including those with dementia.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the residential home, ensuring high standards of care and service.
- Maintain and improve the home’s Good CQC rating.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of care staff, promoting a culture of excellence and compassion.
- Develop and implement care plans tailored to the individual needs of residents.
