A long-standing UK engineering manufacturer is looking for a Graduate Engineer to join its growing technical team. This role is perfect for someone looking to start their engineering career within a modern production environment that designs, builds and supports complex engineered systems.

The Role – Graduate Engineer
You will join the engineering and documentation team, supporting both new product development and updates to existing systems. This is a structured, training-focused role with exposure to design, production, testing and quality processes.
Training & Development
- Full internal training provided; additional external courses available depending on need.
- Mentorship from senior engineers and technical specialists.
- Opportunities to progress within engineering
- Exposure to a wide range of mechanical, electrical and software-based engineering processes.
What You’ll Need on Day One
- Strong communication and IT skills
- Confidence to work independently and manage your own tasks
- A technical or engineering degree (all disciplines considered)
- Ability to learn quickly and collaborate across departments
